Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. We provide a free preview before purchase so you can see the results. Once processing costs are incurred, the transaction cannot be reversed. Our upstream providers charge us for GPU processing time used to enhance 3D ultrasounds, and they do not offer refunds. Providing refunds would make our service financially unsustainable and prevent us from offering this technology.
